The taxi fare could be between $20 & $30. 

Tell the driver to exit 75/85 at the 10th St. Exit in Midtown. At the top of the
exit ramp he will make a left onto 10th Street. He will proceed west on 10th through
about three lights till he comes to the State St. intersection. He will then make a
left onto State and go all the way to the end of the street. At the stop sign you
will continue forward into the parking lot and you will see the School of Physics
immediately ahead of you and to the left (multi-floored red brick). 

Come in the back door and take the elevator up to the fifth floor ..... CNS office
is to the left as you exit the elevator
