main train station (Zeljeznicki Kolodvor) take
bus - direction east/southeast:

or take a long walk by the harbor or down The Korzo to Fiumara end
of the center of the town
 
at end station cross the narrow canal - Mrtvi Kanal -
over to the bus station, continue with (same bus ticket)

                                number 10 to KOSTRENA - SOICI

there is a stone staircase going down from roundabout;
go down until you see a small stone square around a cistern
well; Jackie's house is a bit before that to your left, with
a staircase going up to the gate.
