Finnish Bread (from Eileen Serene, sent by SA Solla Jan 2003) Heat oven to 425 F. Mix two eggs with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup milk. Put a piece of butter (2 to 3 tablespoons) on a cast iron skillet. Let it melt and bubble, but without turning brown. Pour in the batter, cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with berry jam.
